Summer is the perfect time for a fresh start and to commit to feeling your best in 2023! Early Sobriety changes with every season, full of excitement as well as worry. Summer also means more weddings, bbqs, boating, get togethers with the neighbors that might throw you off course.

Let’s stay connected throughout this summer season! Because if there is one thing I know, you NEED a supportive group of women who have your back and support your decision to stay sober.

Whether you’ve fallen off track, struggled to control your drinking and wondered why you can’t “get it”, or just curious what life could be like without alcohol, this course is for you.

Whether you’re just taking a month off or in it to remove alcohol for good, this group coaching program for women walks you step-by-step through 66+ days without alcohol, from getting through the witching hour to socializing sober to implementing five simple habits to support your sobriety!

So, where do you start?

I’ve got you. Introducing #Lit66!

This 9.5-week online group coaching program is for women who’d like to stop drinking and want support and accountability to create a lasting alcohol-free life during the summer and beyond.

WHY 66 DAYS?
Because on average it takes 66 days to form a new habit.

9.5 WEEKS, 5 Daily Habits. We’ll start slow with the habits and each phase will build upon the other:
PHASE 1, PHASE 2, PHASE 3 & PHASE 4 each last two weeks.

This program is designed specially for sobriety and to improve your overall health and well-being.

Sobriety isn’t just about quitting drinking, it’s about taking care of yourself in all aspects of life. Hydration, movement, community, mental fitness, sleep, nutrition, etc. So I’ve put all of those components into one group. Let’s do this together!

During this course I’ll give you easy-to-implement tools to get you through the first 9 weeks of sobriety. I created what I would have wanted 10 years ago when I was lost, confused, scared and full of shame... Where do I start? Who do I talk to? How do I do this? Do I have to go to AA?

I’ll walk you through a few videos to get you prepared to begin the challenge, along with a getting started guide.

I never expect perfection, just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! Get right back on track and keep going.

Our group is there to support you and pick you back up. My hope is by the end of the 9.5 weeks, you won’t WANT to drink again because you’ll realize that life is so much more enjoyable without it.

Questions?

What are the dates of the program?

June 12 - August 16, 2023

I’m nervous about committing. What if I fail? I’m scared I won’t make it 9.5 weeks?

There is no shame, guilt, or perfection in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again and boost your motivation each week.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new. Nothing changes if nothing changes right?

What if I miss a daily task?

That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.

Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?

Everything is online! So you’ll meet women from all over the country! And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere.

Is this based on AA?

Nope. Not at all.

What if I’m not in good shape?

That’s ok! The challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced. I will walk you through some exercises to get started with and how to use Active Recovery days to stay on track and prevent injury.

What if I don’t know what to do for my workouts?

I will help you figure this out during the group! Walking is a great way to start! So many of our workout choices require zero equipment and are free!

Do I need a printer?

You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.

Do the workouts have to be outdoors?

No! But I encourage it! Studies have shown that people’s brains have higher levels of serotonin on bright and sunny days. Getting outside helps to lower stress, boost dopamine and energy and helps process emotions. And I also want to challenge you to get outside your comfort zone ;)

Is this a weight loss challenge?

No! It’s a mental toughness and sobriety challenge, designed to have you feeling your best over the summer and beyond. Will you lose weight? Probably, but that’s not the point. It’s to get you to a better place MENTALLY overall.

What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?

Go on the trip! We will discuss how to stay on track with your workouts and habits on the road. Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All the lives calls will be uploaded into the Facebook group so you can watch the replay.

Is this group on Facebook?

No! Everything is on Mighty Networks. Much like Facebook, but our own private community.

Is this for women only?

Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.

Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?

YES! Our group calls will allow you to go over any challenges or ask any questions. If you'd like to upgrade to work with Jen privately, you can always do so with the VIP package.

what people are saying…

“Jen is fantastic and I am so lucky and blessed to have found her. I loved taking this course and growing and learning more. I can tell this is Jen's passion and she cares so strongly for the sober community and wants everyone to succeed. She is there for you whenever you need to talk and has a wealth of knowledge to share! The was a fantastic experience and I am so happy I was able to be a part of it!”

— Reclaim Your Life participant

“I came to Jen struggling with the idea of long term sobriety and left knowing I can do this and I am so strong! She leads in a way that’s tailored to the client and their unique experience around alcohol. For me, I needed community and a friend who got it and she not only listened but treated me as one. While in our sessions we discussed the hard things— parenting, marriage and alcohol triggers while creating new positive coping skills. I learned to be confident in my decisions and how to become honest around my sobriety!

I am forever grateful to Jen for being by my side during these 90 continuous days of sobriety! I can’t wait to check in with her at the next 90! A true confidant for life!”

— Client

“Joining RYL put me into a group of sober and sober-seeking women facing the same mental, physical, and social hurdles as me around sobriety. Nobody has to be alone in their sobriety journey. Connection and community are out there, and RYL is a warm and supportive place to find it.”

— Reclaim Your Life participant

“If you're on the fence with alcohol, wondering if you can moderate better, wanting to quit all together, or struggle with realities of life and working thru issues and not craving a beer or a glass of wine, please consider this course. I believe that my future success hinges on the fact I took this course and was active. I consider myself a success story for sure. Thanks Jen for what you went thru, and share with others in order to improve their lives.”

— Reclaim Your Life participant

“To say you’ve changed my life for the better would be an understatement. You’ve also, subsequently changed my family’s life for the better. You are encouraging and thoughtful and I think we all knew that there was nothing you wouldn’t do to help us on our journey. I’m looking forward to experiencing a new life sober, going on vacations, and watching my kids grow up. It feels fun and exciting. I know not every day, or every moment will be like that. But I have faith that I have the tools and capability to slow down, reach out to the group and make better decisions than I was making before. Thank you for everything Jen. I’ve loved these 8 weeks more than I can say. And I have no doubt that every person who joins you in this journey will know for a fact that you were meant to do this work.”

— Reclaim Your Life participant

“I started working with Jen after a year of trying to cut back and stop drinking on my own. After two weeks of working with Jen, I put down the drink and right now I’m on day 66. The last time I went this long without drinking was over three years ago. I needed the accountability and for someone to prompt me to think about the “why” behind my sobriety. Seeing Jen every week with her smiling, glowing face reminded me of what I could be and have if I just cut booze out of my life. I’m so grateful for her guidance and inspiration. I’m so glad I decided to make the investment in myself!”
