January is the perfect time for a fresh start and to commit to feeling your best in 2024! Dry January is a month when many people take a break from alcohol after indulging over the holidays and start the new year with a fresh mindset to improve their health.

Whether you’re taking a break or want to remove alcohol for good, this group coaching program walks you step-by-step to achieve 100 DAYS without alcohol.

Why 100 days? I want you to really feel the effects of sobriety and 100 days offers a solid break to experience life all the benefits that come from a sober lifestyle.

100 DAYS is an incredible milestone in sobriety.

Once you hit 100, you’ve built a strong foundation to make this a part of your life. And even if you do go back out, you’re really going to feel it because there’s been enough space to experience a toxin in your body.

And why do it alone, when you can have 75 women to do it with and feel your absolute BEST heading into spring!

We’ll cover everything from getting through the witching hour to how to socialize without booze to taking care of yourself with six simple daily habits. Because if there is one thing I know, you NEED a supportive group of women who have your back and support your decision to stay sober.

Whether you’ve fallen off track, struggling to stay sober or are months or even YEARS into your sobriety and looking for a community, exercise, accountability an and a CHALLENGE, this is for you.

So, where do you start?

Introducing DRY100! 31 days is too short for a transformation. Most people fall off by February, and I don’t want that to happen to you!

If you REALLY want to change from the inside out, 100 days is where it’s at.

This 14-week online group challenge is for women who are tired of drinking, tried moderating without success or already sober and looking for a challenge to kick off 2024. Because quitting drinking isn’t just removing alcohol, it’s about taking care of yourself in ALL aspects of life: Boundaries, nutrition, sugar cravings, reframing your thoughts, water intake, sleep. So, let’s be in the BEST shape mentally and physically kicking off 2024!

100 DAYS, 6 Daily Habits.

This program is designed specially for sobriety and to improve your overall health and well-being.

During this course I’ll give you easy-to-implement tools to navigate sobriety in the early weeks and beyond: What to bring with you, what to say to people, how to communicate a boundary…

I never expect perfection, just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! Get right back on track and keep going. The goal is to FINISH and do your best.

Our group is there to support and pick you back up. My hope is by the end of the 100 Days, you feel the BEST you’ve ever felt heading into Spring.

Because lasting change isn’t about what you do OCCASIONALLY, it’s what you do CONSISTENTLY.

 

Coaching

For each class, you will have access to:

  • 1-Hour weekly live coaching with Jen, focusing on the weekly lesson to
    keep you moving forward. Held via Zoom.

  • PLUS: Thursday Meeting to go over homework, ask questions and share
    (60-min)

  • Coaching can be accessed on your computer, phone or tablet

Community

Connect with like-minded women in the challenge from around the globe, maybe even some in your area! As soon as you purchase, you will be invited into our online private group where you’ll introduce yourself, share your struggles/wins and encourage others in their alcohol-free journeys. You’ll also be broken into smaller Marco Polo groups to connect virtually outside of our sessions together.

    • Depending on your previous level of alcohol consumption, the physical consequences of stopping abruptly can be very serious. If you are experiencing severe physical withdrawals like “The Shakes”, hallucinations, seizures, please contact your doctor or a healthcare professional immediately.

Think of how much you invested into your drinking career and put that into your sobriety. The COST of drinking is far more than the INVESTMENT into your sobriety and overall health.

What are the dates of the program?

I’m nervous about committing. What if I mess up?

There is no shame, guilt, or perfection in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again and boost your motivation each week.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new. Nothing changes if nothing changes right?

What if I miss a habit?

That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.

Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?

Everything is online! So you’ll meet women from all over the country. And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere.

Is this based on AA?

Nope. Not at all.

What if I’m not in good shape?

That’s ok! The challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced. I walk you through some exercises to get started with and how to use Active Recovery days to stay on track and prevent injury.

What if I don’t know what to do for my workouts?

I will help you figure this out during the group! Walking is a great way to start! So many of our workout choices require zero equipment and are free!

Do I need a printer?

You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.

Are there payment plans?

Yes! Payments are available and will be posted shortly.

Do the workouts have to be outdoors?

No. We’re committing to 30 min of movement every single day.
There WILL be challenges to take your workout outdoors (outdoor walks), especially heading into late March and Early April.

Studies have shown that people’s brains have higher levels of serotonin on bright and sunny days. Getting outside helps to lower stress, boost dopamine and energy and helps process emotions. And I also want to challenge you to get outside your comfort zone ;)

Is this a weight loss challenge?

No! It’s a mental toughness and sobriety challenge, designed to have you feeling your best kicking off 2024 and beyond.

Will you lose weight? Maybe, but that’s not the point. It’s to get you to a better place MENTALLY overall and have you feeling your very best.

What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?

Go on the trip! We will discuss how to stay on track with your workouts and habits on the road. There is also a whole week devoted to Traveling Sober. Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All the lives calls will be uploaded into the private resource library so you can access the replay.

Is this group on Facebook?

YES. The community, posts and check-ins are held on Facebook and the materials/replays are located on a separate private platform.

Everything is 100% private. No one can find the group unless they have secret link that changes every 48 hours.

If you don’t go on Facebook, I encourage you to JUST go on for the group and to check-in.

Is this for women only?

Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.

Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?

YES! Our group calls allow you to go over any challenges or ask questions. If you'd like to upgrade to work with Jen privately, you can always do so with package 2.
