13 years ago I lived a double life…

On the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But behind the smile I was physically and mentally collapsing… hiding bottles, blacking out daily, where mouthwash became my drink of choice to avoid the shame of showing face in yet another liquor store.

I tried everything… DUIs, rehabs, meetings… and still couldn’t stop. It wasn’t until I ended up in the ER with a BAC of .34, on the verge of not waking up, that it FINALLY clicked. For the first time, I didn’t just need to quit… I didn’t WANT to drink anymore. The obsession was gone. And I KNEW it.

Today at 12+ years alcohol-free, a sober coach, and living a life I NEVER thought was possible. But I’ve learned this: removing alcohol is just the beginning! I had to learn how to LIVE sober. That’s why I created DRY100… the program I wish I had. I’ve taken what I’ve learned in this journey, and packaged it up for you to get you sober FASTER. This 3.5-month program is designed for women who are tired of drinking, have tried moderating without success, or are already sober and looking for a powerful way to kick off your sobriety. Because quitting drinking isn’t just about removing alcohol, it’s about caring for yourself in all areas of life: Boundaries, nutrition, sugar cravings, reframing your thoughts, water intake, and sleep.

Let’s start the year in the BEST shape, mentally AND physically!

100 DAYS, 6 Daily Habits.

Because when you take something AWAY, you need to REPLACE it with something better. That’s where the habits come in!

This program is designed specifically to support your sobriety journey while improving your overall health and well-being.

Throughout this course, I’ll provide you with easy-to-implement tools to navigate sobriety both in the early weeks and beyond: what to bring with you to social events, what to say to people, and how to communicate and hold boundaries with confidence.

I don’t expect perfection! Just progress. If you drink, THAT’S OK! The key is to get back on track and keep moving forward. The ultimate goal is to FINISH and give it your best effort.

Our group will be there every step of the way to support and lift you back up when you need it. My hope is that by the end of these 100 days, you’ll feel the BEST you’ve ever felt, just in time for spring!

Because lasting change isn’t about what you do OCCASIONALLY, it’s what you do CONSISTENTLY.

What are the dates of the program?

I’m nervous about committing. What if I mess up?

There is no shame, guilt, or perfection in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again and boost your motivation each week.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new. Nothing changes if nothing changes right?

What if I miss a habit?

That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.

Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?

Everything is online to make it super accessible! You’ll meet women from all over the country. And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere. And there is the possibility that you’ll meet women that live in your area!

Is this based on AA?

Nope. Not at all.

What if I’m not in good shape?

That’s ok! The challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced. I walk you through some exercises to get started with and how to use Active Recovery days to stay on track and prevent injury.

What if I don’t know what to do for my workouts?

I will help you figure this out during the group! Walking is great to start with. So many of our workout choices require zero equipment and are free!

Do I need a printer?

You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.

Are there payment plans?

Yes! The investment for Dry100 is $297/month for 4 months.

Do the workouts have to be outdoors?

Nope! We’re committing to 20 min of movement every single day.

Studies have shown that people’s brains have higher levels of serotonin on bright and sunny days. Getting outside helps to lower stress, boost dopamine and energy and helps process emotions. And I also want to challenge you to get outside of your comfort zone ;)

What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?

Go on the trip! We will discuss how to stay on track with your workouts and habits on the road. There is also a whole week devoted to Traveling Sober. Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All the lives calls will be uploaded into the private resource library so you can access the replay.

Is this group on Facebook?

YES. The community, posts and check-ins are held on Facebook and the materials/replays are located on a separate private platform.

Everything is 100% private. If you don’t go on Facebook, I encourage you to JUST go on for the group and to check-in.

Is this for women only?

Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.

Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?

YES! There is an option for a 1:1 60 min call with Jen.
