I want to see how good I can feel.
January is the perfect time for a fresh start! Commit to feeling your best in 2025 with Dry100, a group coaching program designed to help you take a break from alcohol—or remove it for good.
Dry January is when many people hit pause on drinking after the holidays, starting the new year with a fresh mindset and focus on improving their health. But why stop at 30 days when you can truly transform your life in 100 DAYS?
This program will guide you step-by-step to achieve 100 alcohol-free days, giving you the time to fully experience the benefits of sobriety. You'll feel the difference in your energy, mindset, and overall well-being—unlocking what life feels like without alcohol holding you back.
100 DAYS is an incredible milestone in sobriety.
Once you hit 100 days, you’ve built a strong foundation to make sobriety a lasting part of your life. And even if you choose to go back to drinking, you’ll really feel the impact—because you’ve created enough space to understand how alcohol affects your body and mind.
But why do it alone when you can join 75 incredible women and feel your absolute BEST heading into spring?
In this program, we’ll cover everything from navigating the witching hour to socializing without booze, all while taking care of yourself with six simple daily habits. If the six habits are too much? No worries! Just focus on staying sober. Because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that you NEED a supportive group of women who have your back and honor your decision to stay sober.
Whether you’ve fallen off track, are struggling to stay sober, or are months—or even YEARS—into sobriety and craving community, accountability, exercise, and a CHALLENGE, this is for you.
Is this going to push you? YES.
Is this going to CHANGE you? Absolutely.
So, where do you start?
Introducing DRY100!
Let’s be real—31 days is too short for a true transformation. Most people fall off by February, and I don’t want that to happen to you!
If you’re ready for lasting change, 100 days is where it’s at.
This 14-week online group challenge is designed for women who are tired of drinking, have tried moderating without success, or are already sober and looking for a powerful way to kick off 2025. Because quitting drinking isn’t just about removing alcohol—it’s about caring for yourself in all areas of life: Boundaries, nutrition, sugar cravings, reframing your thoughts, water intake, and sleep.
Let’s start the year in the BEST shape—mentally and physically!
100 DAYS, 6 Daily Habits.
Because when you take something AWAY, you need to REPLACE it with something better. That’s where the habits come in!
**NEW THIS PROGRAM!
If the thought of 6 Daily Habits is too much for you to take on right now, commit to TWO HABITS for this program to start with. When you're ready, feel free to add on a habit as you go!
“This is a program that focuses on our overall health, not just staying alcohol free. As I include being alcohol free into my six daily habits, I have put the focus on alcohol as something small and irrelevant. I am focused on my overall health. Expanding the focus to more areas, remaining AF is just ‘another healthy habit’ that I get to check off my list each day. Thank you Jen for creating this very effective program for us all!” - SOBER70 participant
This program is designed specifically to support your sobriety journey while improving your overall health and well-being.
Throughout this course, I’ll provide you with easy-to-implement tools to navigate sobriety both in the early weeks and beyond: what to bring with you to social events, what to say to people, and how to communicate and hold boundaries with confidence.
I don’t expect perfection—just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! The key is to get back on track and keep moving forward. The ultimate goal is to FINISH and give it your best effort.
Our group will be there every step of the way to support and lift you back up when you need it. My hope is that by the end of these 100 days, you’ll feel the BEST you’ve ever felt—just in time for spring!
Because lasting change isn’t about what you do OCCASIONALLY, it’s what you do CONSISTENTLY.

- 75SOBER! Participant
Think about how much you’ve invested in your drinking habits over the years — now imagine putting that same amount into your sobriety. The cost of drinking is far higher than the investment you’ll make in your health and well-being.
It breaks down to under $8 a day — about the same as a glass of wine.
Registration Opens officially December 18th!
Questions?
What are the dates of the program?
January 6 - April 16, 2025.
Prep Week: Dec. 30th - Jan 5th
I’m nervous about committing. What if I mess up?
There is no shame, guilt, or perfection in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again and boost your motivation each week.
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new. Nothing changes if nothing changes right?
What if I miss a habit?
That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.
Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?
Everything is online! So you’ll meet women from all over the country. And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere.
Is this based on AA?
Nope. Not at all.
What if I’m not in good shape?
That’s ok! The challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced. I walk you through some exercises to get started with and how to use Active Recovery days to stay on track and prevent injury.
What if I don’t know what to do for my workouts?
I will help you figure this out during the group! Walking is a great way to start! So many of our workout choices require zero equipment and are free!
Do I need a printer?
You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.
Are there payment plans?
Yes! Payments are available! Break it up into 4 monthly payments.
Do the workouts have to be outdoors?
No. We’re committing to 30 min of movement every single day.
There WILL be challenges to take your workout outdoors (outdoor walks), especially heading into late March and Early April.
Studies have shown that people’s brains have higher levels of serotonin on bright and sunny days. Getting outside helps to lower stress, boost dopamine and energy and helps process emotions. And I also want to challenge you to get outside your comfort zone ;)
Is this a weight loss challenge?
No! It’s a mental toughness and sobriety challenge, designed to have you feeling your best kicking off 2025 and beyond.
Will you lose weight? Maybe, but that’s not the point. It’s to get you to a better place MENTALLY overall and have you feeling your very best.
What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?
Go on the trip! We will discuss how to stay on track with your workouts and habits on the road. There is also a whole week devoted to Traveling Sober. Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
All the lives calls will be uploaded into the private resource library so you can access the replay.
Is this group on Facebook?
YES. The community, posts and check-ins are held on Facebook and the materials/replays are located on a separate private platform.
Everything is 100% private. No one can find the group unless they have secret link that changes every 48 hours.
If you don’t go on Facebook, I encourage you to JUST go on for the group and to check-in.
Is this for women only?
Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.
Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?
YES! Our group calls allow you to go over any challenges or ask questions. If you'd like to upgrade to work with Jen privately, you can always do so with package 2.

“Joining RYL put me into a group of sober and sober-seeking women facing the same mental, physical, and social hurdles as me around sobriety. Nobody has to be alone in their sobriety journey. Connection and community are out there, and RYL is a warm and supportive place to find it.”

“Jen’s course has truly been such a gift! I absolutely loved all of the content and focusing on different topics each week. The community aspect is incredible and unique to having a smaller size group of women in the course, yet the ability to be as engaged or quiet as fits each individual. Jen cultivates a positive, motivating, and upbeat environment in her coaching sessions and group posts, she is so dedicated to the group and everyone in it-I celebrated my 90 days as the course was wrapping up and feel so confident in my sobriety and all that is to come next!”
