Waitlist Now Open!

PROGRAM BEGINS: April 20, 2026 (12 weeks)
REGISTRATION OPENS: March 30th to the waitlist only

When I first got sober, things felt AWESOME.
I had energy, my life was improving, and I finally felt hopeful. But after some time… things started to feel different.

I remember thinking, am I boring now?
Who do I hang out with?
Who am I without alcohol?

That’s the part no one really talks about.

Sobriety is just the beginning! You start to question EVERYTHING and the next chapter begins.

I’ve spent the last 13 years working through that phase and rebuilding a life that continues to evolve. And I’ve taken everything I’ve learned with AA, rehab, personal development and turned it into Sobriety 2.0. For the woman who’s thinking…

I’m sober… now what? 💜 💜

I’m sober, now what?

You’re not starting over anymore.
You’ve had some significant sober time under your belt.
But now something feels off right?
The pink cloud had it’s time and now life is well… life!

Yes you’re sober, which is AWESOME right? But…

  • You feel a little stuck

  • A little bored

  • You feel a little blah

  • A little unsure of who you are now

  • You might be thinking… is this all there is?

You’re not struggling with alcohol the same way… but you’re also not fully living the life you thought sobriety would bring. And no one really talks about this part.

This is where Sobriety 2.0 comes in

This is the phase where you stop asking: “How do I stay sober?”
And start asking: “What do I actually want my life to look like?!”

Because removing alcohol was just the beginning! Now it’s about who you are, what you want and how you actually build a life you’re excited to wake up to.

If you’ve taken DRY100… this is your next step

You’ve taken the course.
You know the habits.
You’ve felt the benefits.
You’ve experienced what life feels like without alcohol.

Now, it’s time to go deeper. Now? We’re leveling up.

Inside Sobriety 2.0, we’re mastering the art of showing up. We’ll continue the 6 daily habits you learned in DRY100 to stay on track. You’ll get the private community, daily inspo and checkins to keep the momentum going!

Questions?

What are the dates of the program?

April 20 - July 13th

What if I miss a habit?

That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.

Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?

Everything is online to make it super accessible! You’ll meet women from all over the country. And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere. And there is the possibility that you’ll meet women that live in your area!

Is this based on AA?

Nope. Not at all.

Do I need a printer?

You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.

Are there payment plans?

Yes! The investment for Sobriety 2.0 is $333/month for 3 months.

What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?

Go on the trip! Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.

What if I can’t make the live calls?

All the lives calls will be uploaded into the private resource library so you can access the replay.

Is this group on Facebook?

YES. The community, posts and check-ins are held on Facebook and the materials/replays are located on a separate private platform.

Everything is 100% private. If you don’t go on Facebook, I encourage you to JUST go on for the group and to check-in.

Is this for women only?

Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.

Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?

YES! There is an option for a 1:1 60 min call with Jen.

“The daily habits we learned, to feel all of our feelings not drinking over them, & the connections in her groups are what helped me know I could do it. It’s like I have a new confidence in life & things are working out around me like never before. Life is so much better without alcohol & I’m forever grateful for Jen & all of the women in her groups. Jen you are such a light that encourage us women to go forward shining ours. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

— Sarah

“Joining RYL put me into a group of sober and sober-seeking women facing the same mental, physical, and social hurdles as me around sobriety. Nobody has to be alone in their sobriety journey. Connection and community are out there, and RYL is a warm and supportive place to find it.”

— Erin

“Jen’s course has truly been such a gift! I absolutely loved all of the content and focusing on different topics each week. The community aspect is incredible and unique to having a smaller size group of women in the course, yet the ability to be as engaged or quiet as fits each individual. Jen cultivates a positive, motivating, and upbeat environment in her coaching sessions and group posts, she is so dedicated to the group and everyone in it-I celebrated my 90 days as the course was wrapping up and feel so confident in my sobriety and all that is to come next!”

— Kate

“I am so grateful that I found Jen and took the leap by doing her Dry31 course. I have tried many different things, but never truly got it until Jen. She’s not preachy. Her gentle energy inspires and motivates. She brings women together and gives them the tools to succeed. I am so excited to continue working with Jen! Thank you, Jennifer Hirst. You’ve changed my life!”

— Jessica

“I've tried to get sober so many times and in so many ways, including other online programs but nothing worked until I found Jen Hirst. Her experience, enthusiasm and talent for coaching were inspiring every day and the community she builds through her programs are just what I needed. Jen is always willing to help and is so positive. I would do one of her programs every month if they were available.”
