This 12-week online group coaching program is for women who have a strong desire to stop drinking and want support and accountability to help them create a sustainable alcohol-free life. 

During this course I’ll give you tangible, tactical tools to get you through the first few months of early sobriety. I created what I would have wanted 10 years ago when I was lost, confused, scared and full of shame... Where do I start? Who do I talk to? How do I do this? Do I have to go to AA?

We’ll spend one week getting you prepared to begin your journey, and the remainder alcohol-free while we develop your Sober Toolkit. I never expect perfection, just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! Get right back on track and keep going. Our group is there to support you and pick you back up. My hope is by the end of this course, you won’t WANT to drink again because you’ll realize that life is so much more enjoyable without it.

May 9 - May 15 : PREP WEEK. There are many things to learn before we quit:

  • What happens to our bodies and brain when we consume an alcohol.

  • What withdrawals you may experience when you stop, especially those first 72 hours.

  • Planning and prepping to start your journey and instilling the BELIEF that you can do this before you begin.
