This 8-week online group coaching program is for women who have a strong desire to stop drinking and want support and accountability to help them create a sustainable alcohol-free life. 

During this course I’ll give you tangible, tactical tools to get you through your first 30 days alcohol-free. Why 30 days? Because it’s a HUGE milestone in recovery and the absolute hardest. I created what I would have wanted 10 years ago when I was lost, confused, scared and full of shame... Where do I start? Who do I talk to? How do I do this? Do I have to do AA?

We’ll spend two weeks getting you prepped to begin your journey, and 6 weeks alcohol-free while we develop your Sober Toolkit. I never expect perfection, just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! Get right back on track and keep going. My hope is by the end of this course, you won’t WANT to drink again because you’ll realize that life is so much more enjoyable without it.

    • Depending on your previous level of alcohol consumption, the physical consequences of stopping abruptly can be very serious. If you are experiencing severe physical withdrawals like “The Shakes”, hallucinations, seizures, please contact your doctor or a healthcare professional immediately.

Jan 10 - Jan 23: TWO WEEKS OF PREP. There are many things to learn before we quit:

  • What withdrawals you may experience when you stop, especially those first 72 hours.

  • Planning and prepping to start your journey.
