GROUP STARTS: Oct. 6th
PREP WEEK: Sept. 29th
CHALLENGE: October 6 - December 20, 2025
LENGTH: 10 WEEKS, 75 DAYS
I want to see how good I can feel.
Why wait for the New Year to feel better? Do the prep work BEFORE the holiday season and show up feeling your very best this holiday season!
What if you committed to your sobriety and self-care for the remaining months of 2025 with same intention that you have for the FIRST 30 days of the new year? What if instead of starting 2026 feeling behind and bloated, you're ramping up?! Let’s stay connected and challenge ourselves to commit and strengthen our self-care together.
Because if there is one thing I know, you NEED a supportive group of women who have your back and support your decision to stay sober in the holiday months and beyond.
Whether you’ve fallen off track, struggling to stay sober or are months or even YEARS into your sobriety and looking for some accountability, support and a CHALLENGE, this is for you.
Is this going to push you? YES.
Is this going to CHANGE you? Absolutely.
AF75 Challenge: Finish the Year Strong
10 WEEKS, 6 Daily Habits. One stronger you.
I launched AF75 in 2022 and it’s become my most successful program because it works.
Who It’s For
Women who are tired of drinking, tried moderating without success, or are already sober and want a challenge to end the year feeling their best.
Why It Works
AF75 isn’t just removing alcohol, it’s replacing it with 6 science-backed habits that upgrade every area of your life: boundaries, nutrition, sugar cravings, mindset, hydration, sleep. The holidays can be hard, but it’s a whole lot easier inside a tight-knit group that has your back.
How It Works
10 weeks showing up for yourself
6 daily habits to stack wins (when you take something away, you must replace it)
Community + accountability so you don’t do this alone
New This Program!
20 min of Exercise (instead of 30 min)
3PM Protein Snack
OPTIONAL: A short-term supplement add-on to support sleep, mood, and cravings in the first 60 days.
Ready? Let’s go.
“This has been a life changing experience - truly! I was sober one month before we started, white knuckling through each day, I ended the program 110 days sober and have a complete toolbox to continue my sobriety! The Zoom meetings, daily check ins and connecting with other women with like minded goals is priceless.” - Previous participant
This program is designed specially for sobriety and to improve your overall health and well-being.
During this course I’ll give you easy-to-implement tools to get you through the holiday season alcohol-free: What to bring with you, what to say to people, how to communicate a boundary…
I never expect perfection, just progress. If you slip up, THAT’S OK! Get right back on track and keep going. The goal is to FINISH and do your best. The MOST IMPORTANT GOAL is to stay sober. PERIOD. If the habits are too much, focus on staying alcohol-free. When you feel ready, add in one habit at a time!
Our group is there to support and pick you back up. My hope is by the end of the 10 weeks, you feel the BEST you’ve ever felt heading into the holidays and 2025.
Because lasting change isn’t about what you do OCCASIONALLY, it’s what you do CONSISTENTLY.

- AF70 Participant
Think of how much you invested into your drinking career and put that into your sobriety. The COST of drinking is far more than the INVESTMENT into your sobriety and overall health.
It breaks down to be about $7/day, the same as a glass of wine. Payment Plans available.

Questions?
What are the dates of the program?
October 6 - December 23, 2025
Prep Week: Sept. 29 - Oct. 5, 2025
I’m nervous about committing. What if I mess up?
There is no shame, guilt, or perfection in this program. It’s about your PROGRESS and growth. Drinking again is just a learning opportunity. When you see it that way, you start to get curious about it instead of feeling shameful. We go over how to get back up again and boost your motivation each week.
You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to be willing to try something new. Nothing changes if nothing changes right?
What if I miss a habit?
That’s ok! Pick yourself back up and keep going. We’re not going for perfection, just progress and everyone goes at their own pace.
Do we meet in-person or is everything virtual?
Everything is online! So you’ll meet women from all over the country. And, it’s a lot easier to make the calls when you don’t have to drive anywhere.
Is this based on AA?
Nope. Not at all.
What if I’m not in good shape?
That’s ok! The challenge is suitable for anyone, whether your current fitness level is beginner or advanced. I walk you through some exercises to get started with and how to use Active Recovery days to stay on track and prevent injury.
What if I don’t know what to do for my workouts?
I will help you figure this out during the group! Walking is a great way to start! So many of our workout choices require zero equipment and are free!
Do I need a printer?
You don’t NEED a printer, but I highly encourage you to at least print out the tracker. There is scientific evidence that physically crossing off your habits will make you that more successful by seeing the progress you are making.
Are there payment plans?
Yes! Payments are available! If you have questions, let me know.
Do the workouts have to be outdoors?
Yes and No.
We’re committing to 20 min of movement every single day.
THREE of those workouts HAVE to be outside per week. (Don’t worry, I’ll show you how to do that! I live in Minnesota, so I know cold weather).
Studies have shown that people’s brains have higher levels of serotonin on bright and sunny days. Getting outside helps to lower stress, boost dopamine and energy and helps process emotions. And I also want to challenge you to get outside your comfort zone ;)
Is this a weight loss challenge?
No! It’s a mental toughness and sobriety challenge, designed to have you feeling your best heading into 2026 and beyond.
Will you lose weight? Maybe, but that’s not the point. It’s to get you to a better place MENTALLY overall and have you feeling your very best for when those tough situations DO arrive, which they will!
What if I have a trip or are traveling during the group?
Go on the trip! We will discuss how to stay on track with your workouts and habits on the road. Remember, there is never going to be the right time! You just have to do it and imagine how great you’re going to feel when you show up for the commitments you make for yourself.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
All the lives calls will be uploaded into the private resource library so you can access the replay.
Is this group on Facebook?
YES. But we also use Kajabi and Marco Polo. The community, posts and check-ins are held on Facebook and the materials/replays are located on a separate private platform.
Everything is 100% private. No one can find the group unless they have secret link that changes every 48 hours.
If you don’t go on Facebook, I encourage you to JUST go on for the group and to check-in.
Is this for women only?
Yes. We feel more open and comfortable with women, so I want you to be as open and honest with the group about whatever is going on.
Can I get 1:1 support as well during the group?
YES! Our group calls allow you to go over any challenges or ask questions. If you'd like to upgrade to work with Jen privately, you can always do so with the VIP Package.

“Joining RYL put me into a group of sober and sober-seeking women facing the same mental, physical, and social hurdles as me around sobriety. Nobody has to be alone in their sobriety journey. Connection and community are out there, and RYL is a warm and supportive place to find it.”
— Reclaim Your Life participant
“Jen’s course has truly been such a gift! I absolutely loved all of the content and focusing on different topics each week. The community aspect is incredible and unique to having a smaller size group of women in the course, yet the ability to be as engaged or quiet as fits each individual. Jen cultivates a positive, motivating, and upbeat environment in her coaching sessions and group posts, she is so dedicated to the group and everyone in it-I celebrated my 90 days as the course was wrapping up and feel so confident in my sobriety and all that is to come next!”
